We are currently using Buy Me a Coffee as a temporary payment solution while full direct payment integration is being prepared. This lets users purchase credits now without waiting for the final billing system to be fully launched.

You can choose the pack that best fits your usage. The Basic pack is suitable for lighter use, Advanced is a good fit for regular study or work needs, and Premium is designed for heavier usage or users who want higher limits and priority processing.

The Basic pack includes 50 credits, the Advanced pack includes 150 credits, and the Premium pack includes 500 credits.

Credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are added to your account.

After clicking the button, a confirmation popup will remind you of the amount to pay and what to include before checkout. Please follow the instructions shown in the popup, complete the payment, and we will add the matching credits to your account.

Your account email helps us match your payment to the correct HandwritingAI account, so the purchased credits can be added accurately.

Credits are added manually within 24 hours after payment. In many cases it may be faster, but you should allow up to 24 hours.

If the amount paid does not match one of the listed packs, please contact support@handwritingai.net. We will review the payment and help resolve it manually.

If your credits have not been added within 24 hours, please contact support@handwritingai.net and include your payment details so we can check it for you as quickly as possible.

If you believe there was a billing problem or something went wrong during purchase, please contact support@handwritingai.net. Refund and billing issues are reviewed case by case.
