Accounts and Google Sign-In
You can use most tools without an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google (such as your name, email address, and profile image) to create and operate your account, for example to remember your subscription plan. We do not receive your Google password. You can request deletion of your account data at any time via support@handwritingai.net.
Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by a third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record. Your payment details (such as card numbers) are collected and processed by the payment provider under its own privacy policy; we never receive or store your full payment card details. We receive limited order information (such as the product purchased and a transaction reference) to activate your subscription.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for hosting, website analytics (including Google Analytics and a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool), payment processing, sign-in (Google), and, when applicable, to provide handwriting ocr or generation capabilities.
